Excellent service at Paul’s Cycle buying my new bike with Mathieu. We went three times including pickup. Mathieu was helpful and courteous. Always giving me the time required. He gave me all my options available within my budget. I will definitely recommend Paul’s cycle.

Excellent Bike Shop. Great prices, high quality bikes, lots of selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have purchased 3 bikes and have been very pleased with all of them.

I took my bike in to fix skipping of gears on the rear derailleur and also for a tune-up. The shifting works great now and bike rides like a champ! I appreciated the staff answering questions I had, being a relative newbie at fixing my bike. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting quality service by knowledgable people.

I have been a customer of Cycle Paul for many years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to help you with all your needs… bikes, accessories or repairs and maintenance.
Why cycle Paul? A recent excerpt from Cycling Weekly sums it up for me … ‘the real bargains might not come in a box, they might come with a handshake, a smile, and someone who remembers your name.’

Been dealing with Paul Cycle for over 25 years and still my go to place for all my cycling needs. Bought 4 bikes over the years (and looking at a 5th) Great team with great knowledge of the cycling business.

The staff at Cycle Paul are amazing. They take the time to talk to you with no hard sale pitch. I had them adjust the gears on my touring bike which I installed trekking handlebars. The estimate was $150 but only charge around $45 plus taxes. They told me it only took 30 minutes not the 1,5 hours estimated. I was shocked and now they have a customer for life. I have also told many cycling friends about this. Thank you Cycle Paul!
